Investment Policy of the Fund
The Fund is going to be classified as a specialist fund — Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
under the AIFC CIS Rule 2.4.(b) and will invest:

with the remainder invested in cash and cash equivalents.

The TSPG Fund pools shareholder funds and invests them in the acquisition of various commercial real estate assets.
Having identified a range of potential investors, the Fund began its activities with key anchor investors who contributed the first assets to the Fund in order to ensure that it generates positive cash flows and dividends from the moment of organization, which in turn increases attractiveness and reduces risks for other investors when joining the Fund.
Share purchase procedure:
1) Information about the sale of shares is published on the TSPG website in the Investors Club section.
2) A potential investor submits a bid to purchase shares on the TSPG website in the Investors Club section.
3) A winner is selected on a competitive basis, offering the most favorable conditions for the seller.
4) The fund manager performs client classification, KYC and registration procedure.
5) The Fund Manager issues a client classification report together with the Fund documentation package.
6) Share purchase and sale agreement is formalized.
